What does it taste like?

It’s a yummy, delicate, sweet, fruity taste. It easily blends into cereals, porridge, yoghurt, smoothies or baking. No flavours or sweeteners have been added.

How many serves of fruit are in each serve?

Tricky question, and we are glad you asked because it's not a straight forward comparison. Brekkie Hero is designed to be a highly nutritious meal booster and is not intended to replace your usual serves of fruit and vegetables. Each serve of Veggie Hero contains between 12 % - 65 % of the daily recommended dietary intake of 18 essential vitamins and minerals (and no serve of any vegetable we have ever come across is able to do that!).

Can kiddies under 12 months have this product?

Brekkie Hero has been designed for the nutritional needs of kids over 12 months of age, however, if you reduce the serving size of Brekkie Hero to 2.5 g (1 teaspoon) and add it into your homemade purees, then it’s a great addition of extra nutrition for your little person from 6 months up. Please keep in mind that Brekkie Hero is not a sole source of nutrition and cannot take the place of breast milk or infant formula.

Can you have Brekkie Hero later in the day or is it only for breakfast?

You can have Brekkie Hero any time of day. It was designed specifically with breakfast in mind, but any time you are consuming cereal, yoghurt, smoothies, baking etc, you can fit in some extra potent nutrition with Brekkie Hero.

Are the vitamins & minerals natural or synthetic?

The vitamins and minerals are all natural. We are using an amazing organic concentrated superfood blend made from broccoli, spinach, kale, pumpkin, sweet potato, sunflower seeds, kelp, chlorella, maitake mushroom and shiitake mushroom which provides a huge range of vitamins and minerals - naturally.

What are the differences between Brekkie Hero & Veggie Hero?

The main difference between Veggie Hero and Brekkie Hero is the taste. Veggie Hero has a sweet/savoury vegetable taste that can hide beautifully in savoury dishes (scrammy eggs, pasta sauces, soups etc) and Brekkie Hero has a gently sweet fruity taste that goes perfectly with sweet, breakfast foods (yoghurt, porridge, smoothies, muffins). They both contain the same variety and level of micronutrients, it's all about finding more opportunities to boost kids nutritional intake.

Can I give all 6 kids products at once to my child?

The answer is yes, but on separate occasions so that the tiny bodies have time to absorb and process all the goddesses within our Super Hero Products.
