Collagen Matcha Latte

Mellow and gentle matcha lovers: Add 6 grams (2 teaspoons) to a little hot milk of choice. Stir to combine, then add remaining milk to make 200 mL. Optional: add maple syrup or local honey for extra sweetness.

For bold, hardcore matcha lovers after a strong matcha flavour, you can add an extra teaspoon or two of Collagen Matcha Latte powder to intensify its rich, earthy notes.

Collagen Hot Chocolate

Add 10 grams (1 heaped tablespoon) to 200 mL of hot milk of choice. Stir to combine.

Alternatively, add to cold milk for a delicious iced chocolate.

How to use:

1. Insert 2 AA batteries (not included).
2. Press and hold button to start whisking.
3. Raise Whiz Stick just below surface of liquid and continue to raise and lower at 45° angle until mixed as desired. 

How to clean:

1. Do not submerge the handle into water.
2. Dip the steel whisk into hot water with mild soap.
3. Turn on your whisk briefly. Rinse with clean water.

The Matcha flavour can be adjusted to suit your preference. For a mellow and gentle taste, you can follow the standard recipe by adding 6 grams (2 teaspoons) of Collagen Matcha Latte powder to a little hot or cold milk of choice. However, if you're a bold, hardcore Matcha lover craving a stronger flavour, you have the option to add an extra teaspoon or two of the powder to intensify its rich, earthy notes.

What type of Matcha do you use & where is it sourced from?

We use premium culinary matcha, the second harvest tea leaves, providing beautiful colour and rich, distinctive robust flavour to blended preparations (like lattes and smoothies). Our Organic DōMatcha® is 100% authentic Japanese ground matcha, directly from Kagoshima and Uji, Kyoto where Japanese matcha originated.

Collagen Hot Chocolate supports relaxation in a couple of ways. It is a low sugar, indulgent ritual which can encourage some quiet, relaxation and winding down in the evening.
