Collagen Hot Chocolate supports relaxation in a couple of ways. It is a low sugar, indulgent ritual which can encourage some quiet, relaxation and winding down in the evening. It also contains Magnesium which is able to support nerve and muscle function contributing to a calm mind and relaxed body.

What is your Hot Chocolate sweetened with?

With Monk Fruit, Thaumatin and carob. Monk Fruit is an ancient native fruit of Thailand & China that contains naturally occurring antioxidants known as ‘mogrosides’. Thaumatin is a very sweet protein sourced from the katemfe fruit. Carob is a naturally earthy and sweet legume. The combination of these ingredients provides a smooth, well-rounded sweetness that compliments the cocoa without the need for refined sugar or the bitter aftertaste of other natural sweeteners. Our Collagen Hot Chocolate has 0.4g of sugar per serve, so it a great low sugar indulgence.

What does it taste like?

Collagen Hot chocolate is rich, indulgent and balanced with sweetness. If you’re a real sweet tooth, you may want to add a little extra from honey or maple. But try it just as it is first, because we think it’s perfect!

Not for me

I was so excited to receive my order, but this hot chocolate is just too sweet for me and it tastes artificial. I tried to preserver but ended up tipping it out. I'll have to go back to my own unsweetened homemade version. Maybe an unsweetened version could be an option in the future.

Best Hot Chocolate Ever

This is a wonderful produce and it's even good for you! This is also delicious added to custard whilst making it, porridge and anywhere you desire a hot chocolate. Try mixing it with the Caramel (a liquid Mars Bar). Both my husband and myself are absolute sold on these products.

Sweetener aftertaste

I purchased this today and was excited to give it a try, however upon my first taste I realised that monk fruit used to sweeten the product has a very distinct aftertaste similar to stevia which unfortunately for me, ruins my whole experience with the product. Would love to see an unsweetened version.
