Ingredients

PANTRY ITEMS

For the broken glass:

150ml water

750ml recently boiled water

For the condensed milk white section:

¼ cup water

2 cups hot water

1 tin sweetened coconut condensed milk

⅓ cup Gutsy Gummies Mango

⅓ cup Gutsy Gummies Strawberry

⅓ cup Gutsy Gummies Blueberry

3 tbsp Natural Gelatin

Method

Dissolve each flavour of Gutsy Gummies into its own individual container (we find a container with a lid is helpful to stack in the fridge), add 50ml of water to each, stir to bloom, then add 250 ml of boiled water to each, stir to combine. Chill until solid, about 2-3 hours or overnight.
Once solid, cut each of the different flavors into small square cubes.
Using a 23 × 33 dish or container, gently mix the cubes together in an even layer (being very careful not to break or tear them).
In a medium-sized bowl, add the gelatin and ¼ cup water, stir to bloom then add 2 cups of hot water. Let the hot mixture cool slightly and then whisk in the sweetened condensed milk.
Let the mixture cool to the touch (if it's too warm, it could melt the gummies) then evenly pour the mixture over the cubes of gummies.
Chill in the refrigerator overnight.
Cut into large squares and serve.
