1. Preheat oven to 180 C and line baking tray
2. Combine agave powder and 1 tsp cinnamon in a small bowl, set aside
3. Slice apples into rings, core (cut out) the centres to make a ring shape
4. Mix together the flours, milk, egg, 1 tsp of cinnamon and collagen beauty to form a batter.
5. Heat the oil in a fry pan, then dip each ring into the batter, drip off the excess then working in batches, place into the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes each side until browned, then place on the baking tray.
6. Bake the apple rings for about 10 minutes to slightly soften the apples. If the batter has filled in the centre, cut it out with a knife (or leave if you like!)
7. Dust apples in the cinnamon agave mixture. Serve hot
