1. In a food processor, combine all the above ingredients and blend into a sticky mixture.
2. If the mixture is too dry, add in a few additional tablespoons of plant milk to help with blending.
3. Roll the mixture into 10 balls per flavour (about 1 large tablespoon each) and place on a flat tray. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
4. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil over a double boiler or in the microwave.
5. Coat the clinkers in a thin layer of the melted chocolate and return to the freezer or fridge to set.
6. Once set, these can be stored in a container in the fridge for up to 5 days or the freezer for 3 months.
