Merry Mimosa Sunrise Float

The only way to start your day this Christmas is with our Merry Mimosa Sunrise float. Banana and Raspberry nice cream topped with our Watermelon Strawberry Collagen Beauty, tropical fruit juices and sparkling wine will have you feeling fun, fresh, and fabulous before the events of the day really kick off. If the little ones are wanting to join in on the fun feel free to leave out the sparkling wine and top with soda water instead.

Ingredients

1 ½ cups orange juice

1 ½ cups pineapple juice

1 bottle sparkling white wine, chilled

1 punnet cup raspberries

fresh rosemary (Turn into Christmas Tree)

1 Frozen bananas

PRODUCTS

2 tbsp Collagen Beauty Waterberry mixed in 1 cup water

Method

1. Blitz together frozen banana and half of the raspberries until combined then scoop a tablespoon of the mixture into each glass.

2. Add 2-3 raspberries to each glass.

3. To create the sunset effect, have all the liquid ready, then start by adding 30ml collagen liquid to each glass, followed by 30ml orange juice, then 30ml pineapple juice, then fill the glass with white wine.

4. Top with upside down rosemary sprigs.

5. Serve immediately.
