There’s quick, there’s easy, and there’s delicious, and there's this Ramen Broth on the go, which is all three. This recipe is a super easy lunch option, just pop on a lid and top up with boiling water when you’re at work. It’s also a great way to use any veggies you have on hand, feel free to get creative with colour and any additional spices and sauces you have, but this is also so great as is.
Ingredients
50 g Ramen noodles
1 small zucchini, spiralized or grated
1 glove of garlic, crushed
1 tbsp spring onions, sliced
1/2 cup thinly sliced broccoli florets
1/4 sheet of nori, cut into small strips
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
200 ml boiling water
PRODUCTS
1 heaped tbsp Chicken Bone Broth Miso Ramen or Beef Bone Broth Miso Ramen
Method
1. Add all ingredients to a jar, except the water if saving for later
2. Pour in water, stir through and let sit for 3 minutes for the vegetable and noodles to soften.
3. Season to taste and garnish with extra spring onions, sesame seeds, and nori (if desired).
