Ingredients

PANTRY ITEMS

250 ml full cream milk or milk of your choice

½ cup water

1 tsp water

NUTRA ORGANICS PRODUCTS

2 tsp Captain Calm

¼ cup Natural Gelatin

1 tsp Berry Immune

Method

Bloom gelatin in water.
Heat milk to warm.
Mix gelatin in, stir to dissolve.
Allow to cool to room temperature (this will help the colour to remain purple).
Mix Captain Calm & Berry Immune with a tsp of water to dissolve, then mix through gelatin mixture.
Pour into moulds and refrigerate for 2 hrs or until set.
