Whipped Coffee

We've seen the whipped coffee trend floating around the internet and couldn't help but put our own spin on things. Whipped Coffee paired with an iced Lover's Latte makes a mocha lover's dreams come true. It may be cooling down, but this is one drink we will be making over and over again.

Ingredients

2 tbsp instant coffee

2 tbsp very hot water

200 ml plant milk

1 tbsp water

1/2 cup ice

PRODUCTS

2 tbsp The Wholefood Pantry Coconut Sugar

1 tbsp Lover's Latte

Method

1. Add the instant coffee, coconut sugar, and hot water to a medium mixing bowl. Using an electric hand-help mixer, whip the coffee mixture until it is light brown, fluffy, and holds stiff peaks when the whisk is removed. Set aside.

2. Mix together the Lover's Latte and water in a cup.

3. Add ice to a glass and pour in plant milk.

4. Pour over Lover's Latte mixture then top with whipped coffee.

5. Mix together and enjoy.
