Whipped Iced Chocolate

Looking for the perfect Christmas Eve drink to sip on while you watch your favourite Christmas movie classic? Let us introduce you to the Whipped Iced Chocolate. The whole family will love slurping down a mug of ice cold milk topped with whipped Choc Whiz cream, throw on a couple of candy cane marshmallows and you’ll definitely be having a merry little Christmas.

Ingredients

PANTRY ITEMS

¼ cup coconut sugar

1 cup whipping cream, chilled

2 cups milk

Ice for 4 glasses

¼ cup Choc Whiz

Method

In a large bowl add cold whipping cream, Choc Whiz and coconut sugar. Beat on high until the mixture begins to thicken. Keep beating until the mixture has soft peaks, or you can make an indent in it that holds its shape.
Add ice and 1/2 cup of milk to each glass.
Place the whipped cream into a piping bag or strong zip-top style bag. Snip the corner of the bag with scissors and pipe a swirl over the warmed milk. Top with candy-cane marshmallows (optional)
